# Clear terms. Before the work starts.

These are our standard engagement principles. The written proposal and agreement for your project set the specific terms and identify Surajmal Ventures LLP, India, as the operator.

## Scope and price.

Website prices are starting points in USD. Your written quote lists the deliverables, exclusions, applicable taxes, third-party costs and any assumptions. Work starts only after you accept the scope and payment terms.

Additional work requires an agreed change in scope, price and timeline. Existing platform limitations or missing access may change the solution; we discuss that before proceeding.

## Payment and review.

The standard split is a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion of the agreed work. The proposal defines acceptance checks, review rounds, the correction period and payment dates.

If the delivered work fails the agreed acceptance checks, we address the in-scope issues through that review process. Cancellation, refunds and any work completed before cancellation are addressed in the project agreement before the deposit is due.

## Ownership and operating costs.

Your business controls the agreed hosting, domain and software accounts. After payment, you receive the custom source files and agreed project materials. Third-party software, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Hosting, domain renewals, subscriptions, messaging and model usage may create ongoing costs. These are identified separately. Ongoing maintenance is included only where the agreement says so.

## Your input and the timeline.

You provide accurate content, approved assets, timely feedback and authorized access. The delivery schedule begins when the agreed prerequisites are ready. Delays or changes are discussed with you.

We do not guarantee search rankings, a particular number of inquiries, revenue, or legal compliance. Accessibility testing has a defined scope and does not establish legal immunity.

## Before you buy.

There is no purchase or recurring subscription created by sending an inquiry. We confirm fit and scope first, then provide the agreed invoice. No payment link or checkout is provided on this website.
