Prepared by 1968 Labs. Adapt this sheet to your actual project.

## Before approving the design

- [ ] Describe the customer task the current site makes difficult.
- [ ] List the pages, documents and inquiry routes worth preserving.
- [ ] Record who controls the domain, hosting, content and search accounts.
- [ ] Assign an owner for content, photography and approvals.

## Page decision sheet

| Existing address | Customer question | Keep / replace / retire | New destination | Approver |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | |

Use a relevant replacement when a page moves. Review retirements individually.

## Before launch

- [ ] Approve the page mapping and redirect responsibilities.
- [ ] Check important links from brochures and customer emails.
- [ ] Review public indexing settings, canonical links and the sitemap with the developer.
- [ ] Find an important service and send an authorized inquiry on a phone.
- [ ] Correct a form error without losing other entered information.
- [ ] Verify the actual receiving inbox and reply path.
- [ ] Check important downloads and keyboard navigation.
- [ ] Agree who can correct a problem or restore the previous version.

## After launch

- [ ] Record the launch date and any later changes.
- [ ] Review important pages individually in search reporting.
- [ ] Keep an inquiry log separately from traffic figures.
- [ ] Record unexpected failures and confirm their corrections.
- [ ] Receive files, account access, operating instructions and the agreed follow-up dates.

Search behavior and inquiry outcomes need observation after launch. This sheet is a planning aid, not a guarantee of rankings or a substitute for a complete technical review.
