Aster Rental is our original event-equipment website concept. Its three patterns show a request-led journey for rentals that need a person to confirm the details. It is not a live rental business or a booking engine.
Pattern 01
The concept groups equipment into understandable packages so visitors can describe the setup they need.
Apply it: Keep package contents explicit. A production site should say what is included, optional and subject to confirmation.
Pattern 02
An equipment request is incomplete without quantities, dates and delivery needs. Collect these in the same flow.
Apply it: Separate the event start time from setup and collection windows. They can imply different staffing and transport requirements.
Pattern 03
The concept prepares an inquiry for review. It does not deduct inventory or reserve gear.
Apply it: Choose real-time bookings only when inventory, overlapping dates and operational rules can support the promise.
