Accessibility

A website more
people can use.

Accessibility helps people with disabilities read your content, navigate your site and contact your business. We fix the code and design barriers that get in their way.

Why it matters

Don’t lose a customer
at the first hurdle.

An unreadable product page or a form that cannot be completed can stop a customer before your team ever hears from them.

Read and understand.

Readable text, useful image descriptions and captions make your information available in more ways.

Move without a mouse.

Keyboard and screen-reader support help people who do not navigate by sight or with a mouse.

Ask, book or buy.

Clear labels and useful error messages help customers complete the task themselves.

Questions before
you begin.

What is WCAG?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are technical guidelines for accessible websites. They cover things like readable content, keyboard access and understandable forms. Our proposal names the version, level and checks included in your project.

Why does this matter for US businesses?

The US Department of Justice says ADA duties for businesses open to the public extend to goods and services offered online. See its web accessibility guidance. We handle technical review and repairs; advice about your business’s legal obligations belongs with your counsel.

Can my developer use the free report?

Yes. The findings are yours to review with your team. There is no obligation to buy remediation.

What about third-party tools?

Checkout providers, widgets and embedded services may need their own supplier to make changes. PDFs, video and work outside the agreed pages are separately scoped.

Does this guarantee compliance?

No. The report names the scope and methods used. An automated scan or signed testing record is not a certification or guarantee against legal claims.

Have a report already?

Tell us what it found. We’ll help you define the repair work.
