1968 Labs builds websites, quote-request forms, AI assistants and business automation for established small businesses, with search visibility improvements and accessibility repairs.
1968 Labs is operated by Surajmal Ventures LLP in India. We work primarily with businesses in the United States, with the United Kingdom as our second market. Explore our US industry offers and UK website scopes.
Who our work is for.
An established business with a specific website or administrative task to improve.
For industrial suppliers, we focus on product information and complete quote requests. For commercial cleaning businesses, we focus on service coverage and site-visit requests. For event and AV rental businesses, we focus on equipment information, hire dates, quantities and delivery needs.
Assistants and automation begin with an agreed workflow, approved information and a person responsible for exceptions. Accessibility work starts from specific barriers and an agreed repair and retest scope.

Starting prices are $4,500 USD for websites, $3,500 for assistants and automation, $2,000 for search improvements, and $2,500 for accessibility repairs. These are starting prices for the described packages, not fixed prices for every project.

Our studio concepts are original demonstrations of websites and workflows. They are labelled as concepts and do not represent paid client projects, testimonials or measured customer results.
Our guides publish practical advice under the 1968 Labs byline. Original studies state the observation dates, sampling method and limitations. The spring-maker quote-form study counts visible upload controls on inspected forms; it does not measure lost sales or test whether files arrive.

A conversation, followed by a written plan.
Share the website or task you want to improve. We agree the scope, timeline and price in writing before a deposit. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% on completion. Working previews, testing and a usable handover are part of the process.
