For US event & AV businesses · Rental forms

The equipment. The dates. The delivery plan.

Collect the equipment list and the logistics in one request. Your customer sees what to provide; your rental team gets a brief it can check before preparing a quote.

Illustrative AV rental request, with all times in America/Chicago.

One event has several different time windows.

Review the gear and logistics together. Your team can identify the missing access or timing detail before quoting, with less time spent piecing the request together from separate messages.

What your customer fills in

Choose the equipment. Add the event plan.

Chosen equipment or packages, quantities, the rental start and return, and the event's actual date and hours. Keep delivery, setup and pickup windows separate. Collect the venue address, ZIP code and time zone, plus access constraints and any requested setup help. Allow uncertain equipment choices to reach a person.

What your team receives

Equipment and logistics in one brief.

An equipment list alongside the full rental period, event schedule and transport requirements. The team can see where setup must finish, when the event ends and when pickup is possible. Keep dates and the named time zone in the handoff so a venue's local time is not confused with the office's time.

Work with us

What we would build.

A quote for your scope.

For a focused form build or improvement to an existing website. We review your site and agree the work before quoting.

50% at start, 50% on completion.

How we work
  • Review the equipment choices and questions your rental team needs answered.
  • Build a request that retains selected equipment and quantities.
  • Collect rental dates, event times, time zone, transport windows and access needs.
  • Test validation, the agreed receiving route, error recovery and mobile/keyboard use.

Sending a request does not reserve equipment. Your team confirms availability, suitability, staffing, transport and final price before accepting a booking.

Plan the right starting point.

Improve the request journey

This focused form engagement is quoted in writing after we review the site and receiving process. It can sit within an existing website. A complete rental website is a separate website service, with its own scope and price.

Review rental software first

If you already use rental software, we check its native quote-request features first. Live availability, inventory connections, payments and custom integrations need separate scope and account access. Uploads need agreed storage and permissions.

Before you decide.

How is a rental inquiry different from a booking?

An inquiry collects a request for your team to review. A booking flow needs operational rules and inventory that support its confirmation. We agree which journey your business can fulfil before building it.

Why collect both rental dates and event dates?

Delivery and setup may happen before the event, with pickup afterward. Separate windows show the team the full period involved and the customer's preferred transport arrangements, rather than assuming the event hours cover everything.

What should we share first?

Send your current inquiry URL, example equipment or packages, a redacted request and the rental software you use. Explain how your team checks stock, transport and setup, and who prepares the quote.
